The three new nominees are as follows:
Board Candidates:
Sean Tiernan (Rawhide Youth Services) Sean Tiernan wants to live in a world where we have near misses and absolute hits; great loves and small disasters. Starting his career in educational sales 20 years ago, he’s done work with School Specialty and Renaissance Learning. In 2018 he quickly fell in love with Rawhide and becoming a professional Fundraiser, where he currently serves. When he’s not talking with donors, you can find him with his wife and son on adventures and taking pictures of something somewhere. Outside of Rawhide and family, Sean can usually be seen reading about Ocean Conservation, Politics…… and of late, watching Cobra Kai on YouTube TV.
Brian Rammer (Fox West YMCA) I am currently the Executive Director at the Fox West YMCA. I have been in my role for approximately 17 months. Previously, I served at the Neenah-Menasha YMCA for more than 18 years, first as the Sports and Recreation Director and then as the Associate Executive Director. I recently joined the Greenville Civic Club. Previously, I served on the Youth Go, Inc. and Menasha Rotary Club Board of Directors, was a past member of the Neenah-Menasha Kiwanis Club and served on the Fox Cities Sports Commission through the Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau. I am married with two daughters and enjoy spending time with them as well as watching the Brewers, Bucks, Packers and Badgers.
Manikhone Landstrom (Mary Kay Cosmetics) My name is Manikhone Landstrom and I have been an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics for 22 years, 10 of which leading others as a Sales Director. I get to train others on managing their own independent businesses and help them move into a leadership position.
I also help my husband run his Plumbing business by managing the office and own and manage a Property Rental business. I am not afraid to dive into the dirt and gut buildings one day and then dress up and put on heels and lipstick on another. I manage a family with 7 children (5 of which are teenagers!). That alone I think could be a full time job.
I graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Finance in ’95 and have worked as an office assistant at a jewelry store and for a short time as an office manager. I have been PTO Vice President for Hortonville Elementary for the past 2 years and continue to do various volunteer work throughout the community.
I enjoy meeting people and love to help others. My mission in life is to make everyone feel important and to create a better world by allowing God’s love to shine through me into the community.
